Site Survey

The purpose of the Site Survey Form is to give our design team the information we need to to maximize the result. The site survey is ideally accompanied by lots of photos....the more the merrier. Take photos of any specific problem areas.

When taking the photos think about taking it from far enough away that we could drop a mat into the photo and still see at least 5 feet of floor on every side. Often we will make Photo Renditions from the photo you send so you can see how great your entry can look.

Take photos from every angle. Also try to send us a CAD Floor Plan. This will give us enough information to get the project in motion.

If needed, a site survey specialist will confirm.
