The purpose of the Site Survey Form is to give our design team the information we need to maximize the result for your space. It's the fastest way to get your project moving and helps us recommend the right matting solution for every entry.
The survey is ideally accompanied by lots of photos — the more the merrier. Take pictures of any specific problem areas, and capture each space from far enough away that we could drop a mat into the photo and still see at least five feet of floor on every side.
Try to photograph each area from every angle. From those photos we'll often create Photo Renditions so you can preview exactly how great your entry can look before anything is produced.
If you have one, send us a CAD floor plan of the space as well. Between your completed survey, your photos, and a floor plan, we'll have enough information to get the project in motion. If needed, a site survey specialist will confirm the details.
