We can create borders on this mat.  A secondary color or two framing the perimeter of the mat adds a dynamic look

Handcrafted Inlaid Logo

Inlaid logos are the highest quality, most three dimensional, and most expensive logo process. Extremely durable.  Handcrafted inlaid logos are made like a puzzle.  Each piece is cut from the color choice using computer controlled sonic cutting equipment.  The pieces are re-assembled by hand and then all held together by a secondary backing.  Handcrafted inlaid logos can be made with even the heaviest and most agressive matting.

Inkjet Logo

Ink jet logos are done in much the same way as the ink jet printer on your desk top.  Vivid colors with almost photographic quality on berber or cut pile nylon.

no

Tufted Logo

Tufted logos are made with cut pile nylon.  The advantage would be our ability to use heavier face weight nylon and solution dyed nylons for stain resistance.

no

Flocked Logo

Flocked logos are the least expensive logo option.  They are particularly value priced for volume buyers. A secondary material is glued into the top of the mat to create the logo.

Installation Available

Installation creates a perfect fit for customers that demand excellence in design and safety.  Areas such as recess wells, wall to wall in vestibules, unique angles, reception desks, revolving doors, & exterior porticos are just some of the many areas that often require installation.

Storage cores

Optional heavy fiber strorage cores help insure that the mats lay flat and safe after storage.  Improper storage causes mats to undulate and wave on the floor increasing the potential for trip and fall. Mats should be rolled carefully and tightly, carpet side out, around the core and banded securely in at least three places.  (Logo mats should be rolled carpet side in)

Edging options

Each product has different options on how to deal with the exposed perimeter.  A vinyl border (VB) is the back of the mat extending approximately 3/4" past the face goods.  Other mats can be purchased with optional (SE) safety edging which is an actual ADA compliant reducer applied to the perimeter with mitered corners and corner supports.  We can also melt the perimeter on an angle which we call a Heat Bevel (HB) or cut the perimeter on an angle which we call a Bevel Cut (BC).  Many of our materials can be purchased edgeless (E) (no border or reducer).
